2008
The Eighteen Days

In 2008, I spent 18 days at my brother Avinish's bedside — watching the systemic "Theft of Presence" unfold in real time. Healers had been turned into data-entry clerks by the very tools meant to help them. Fragmented software — what I would later call TangleWare™ — extracted life-saving attention from the people who needed it most. Avinish passed. Those eighteen days rewired how I think about care. Not as a market to serve, but as a promise to keep.

2009–Present
Deerghayu Foundation & The New York Times

To honor Avinish's memory, I founded the Deerghayu Foundation — an NGO that became a trusted partner to the US National Diabetes Education Program, bringing systemic healthcare solutions to underserved populations. The Foundation continues its work to this day. The early years led to my profile in The New York Times, in the piece "Two Jobs, Half a World Apart," and my appointment as a representative at the United Nations High-Level Meeting on Non-Communicable Diseases.

2019
Caryfy AI — Founded in the USA

Over 18 years across three continents, I built the very SaaS systems the industry relies on. Then I watched them fail — watched them become the Administrative Debt they promised to eliminate. I saw the same pattern in Germany, the UK, France, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Denmark, and the United States. The problem wasn't implementation. It was architecture. The entire model was wrong. In 2019, I founded Caryfy AI to build the alternative: Work as Services.

January 2026
Global Headquarters — Épalinges, Switzerland

Recognizing that the $15 trillion Silver Economy requires both American scale and Swiss data sovereignty, I established Caryfy AI's global headquarters in the Metio Building, Épalinges — in the heart of Switzerland's "Health Valley." From this neutral ground, I champion Digital Subsidiarity: the principle that care data and AI must be sovereign to local communities, not extracted by global tech colonizers.
